What every member can read
Gate measurement. Litres and fat content are written at the gate before the milk is poured into the tank.
Payment link. Each payment names the delivery lines it settles.
Member statement. A member sees every delivery and the amount still owed.
Herders ask the collector
Can a member see other members' deliveries?
No. A member sees only their own lines and the cooperative total.
What if the fat test is disputed?
The member can request a second test, and both readings stay on the line.
Do you handle the bank transfer?
No. The cooperative's bank makes the transfer and we record the payment.
